Custom Products
All waterslides are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all measurements and requirements are accurate before confirming your order.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if specifications change or additional requirements are identified during the design process. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, shipping conditions, and destination. We will communicate any significant changes to your expected delivery date.
Safety and Use
You are responsible for the safe use of your waterslide. This includes ensuring proper supervision, appropriate conditions for use, and adherence to all safety guidelines provided. The waterslide should only be used in accordance with the included instructions.
Warranty
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period specified at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, storage, or normal wear and tear.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.
